RE: Quess where I rode today?
Man, those are awesome shots...beautiful country..I took a ride out to the country this morning with my riding partner..we ended up at a lake called Ben's lake..sorry I didn't get any shots of the "road"in, but here are a couple of the lake and the bikes...I wanna try and get a helmetcam set-up or something that will allow me to ride and video tape at the same time..I hate asking someone to take pics/vids when we're out..just love riding..

Trails are good. Nice pics, I was in theSportsman's Warehouse today and I saw a map of Crater Lake, what a great looking place, I don't get to Oregon very often. But I just may have to put it on my list. Thanks for the pics Tim.

RE: Guess where I rode today?
By chance which lake were the pictures of those small islands at?.
I've always wanted to go to a spot like that someday and actually make my way onto the island to camp. Don't know if there are any laws or regulations in that kind of thing, but it just seems like it would be really cool to make a small camp and just sleep over on one of those islands someday.

To answer reaperfox those islands are in Crater Lake the biggest is Wisard Island and the other is Phantom Ship also in the lake on the southern end, no camping inside the crater, and only one access to the waters edge where 3-4 months out of the year you can take a boat tour.

Nice pics. Sometimes I wonder why I moved away from there. I could use some dirt/trails time right about now.
