Default Please help electrics

I have a klx 250, after going for a long ride 5 minutes in return bike wouldn’t start. I have a new battery which I have also replaced so I’m now on second New battery. I can run start and runs fine, light blinkers ect all work so the battery not draining. I only have electric start when press button I can hear the starter clicking over. Was going to take it to mechanic but thought I’d check here first Incase it’s something easy to fix cheers

Check to make sure the battery terminals are tight and clean.

You'll need a voltmeter to diagnose this. Normal battery voltage w/engine off is usually above 12.5V When the engine is running is should be above 14V. The shop manual pdf file has the steps to find out what's wrong-look at it.

You have a new battery, how long did you charge it?
How long is your typical trip?
