Piston rings for steel sleeve

Do any of you guys know if the rings for a nikasil bore can be used on a steel sleeve? Are the rings for the nikasil bore anything special or are they all the same?

Go ahead. End gap should be .007" to .014".

My Bill kit came with one chrome and one cast so I guess it does not matter.
