Piston ring order

Piston ring order
So i'm messing around trying to get my ducks in a row for the upcoming 331 install and i was looking at my piston and rings. Now, what order are the rings supposed to go ? I spotted the oil control rings right off, being the thinest and with the wavy copper colored ring going in between.
My question is which order do the compression rings go in ? I've got one copper colored one which appears to have beveled edges and one black carbon steel looking one which has straight cut edges.
Its been quite a long time since i installed rings or a piston in anything (since i had my last 2 smoker circa 2001). My fuzzy memory and gut tell my the beveled edge ring goes on top (towards head) and the straight cut one goes in the middle.
This sound correct to anyone ? Thanks.

Good to question ring placement, I forgot which one went where but the service manual helped with the oil ring assembly and gap placement, every 120 degrees...

Hmm... from looking around online it seems that my thoughts were correct but i haven't gotten a definative confirmation. I'll check the service manual later to see if it confirms.
I've still got to check the ring gap before i go any further.
