Pine Barrons DS ride 08
#2
I guess I could tell a little story here. The guy in the red gear on the KDX hasn't ridden a dirt bike in 5 years and has never ridden a 2 stroke. In that pic he just got finished the first trail of the day which was about 2 miles long and had about a thousand Pine Barron whoops. If you've never ridden the Pine Barrons you wouldn't understand how soft it is. It can be brutal if you don't know how to ride in that ****. He said he went down at least 15 times and was completely exhausted. We had another 70 miles to ride and it rained HARD for the last 20. With the temps in the low 60's and being soaked like that he had a very long day.
That's Collie on the KTM laughing at him.

It had rained earlier in the week so the dust was not an issue at all. Here's a couple more pic's.
This is Collie and Daniel(Dave's son) before the rain came.
Collie won that jacket in the raffle.
This flat happened after the gas break. The guy was stuck in the rain about 10 miles out in the pouring rain for an hour before he got picked up.
