Hi, I wana change my tires on klxsf to pilot am trying to put 150/70/17 in the back do you think it will work because this is the smallest size on rear tires they have, if got batter idea please help.

Even if it fits, it's too big and heavy for an engine like the 250 or even the big bores. I run a 678cc big bore 650 with a pipe and when I get the 17s set up for it I will be running a 110/70 on the front and a 140/70 on the back, because it doesn't need any larger and I want the performance, not "the look".
So if you want "the look" have at it, you can probably space the sprocket and get an offset front sprocket, but it's going to slow the bike down both in acceleration and top speed. If you want performance I'd stay with a 130 unless there are problems getting a good tire, then I'd do no more than a 140. Any larger and you're just trying to rotate more weight. One other thing, when going to a wider tire you have to make sure the rim is wide enough and that is critical with radials.
