Keihin #38 pilot jet. Part number 92064-1119.
keihin #40 pilot jet. Part number 92064-1108.

Currently using the Keihin #38 pilot with a Keihin #138 main jet. Goes like a raped ape.

All sourced from my local Kawasaki dealer.

My opin' on the low end bog is it's all about the CV type carb. "Roll" on the throttle and it's all good. It's no "pumper."

Went up from a #35 pilot. Did too many mods at the same time so....... The bike really is alive now though. Some trial and error I'm afraid.

+1. The larger pilot jet helps a bit with the transition at the low end, depending upon your needle clip position (more noticable at increased needle hight). We had a forum member that was using the larger pilot jet with a #140 DJ main and BG race core, no AB lid, K&N filter. He said he loved the top-end pull with that large main.

Remember that the numbers of a keihn jet have differnet orifice sizes than the corresponding number of a Dyno Jet
