so as i'm sure some of you know, i've sold the klx250 in search of something diffrent... was open to many options. almost bought a buell xb12 at one point but decided i loved green instead. Bought my self a KLX400 with the big bore 40 over stock making it a 440, sporting the yosh exhaust and some other minor free mods.

anway, heres a few quick picks... sorry i'm no photographer so please excuse the crappy angels.


First day with the new baby. went to break fast for my birthday. (second year in a row i bought my self a bike for my birthday, haha, might become tradition)
those are my two younger goon brothers as you can see.


went riding with a few friends. That kawai in the back is my old 250. I dont know why those two kids dont wear helmets, but i'm always rockin one no matter what. even if its a two second ride down the street. i tell em... but you cant push a rope i guess.

thanks! haha, i'm loving this bike. Plenty of torque in the lower rpm... (no tach) it'll pull the front end right up just twisting the throttle in second, and will come up super easy with a little clutch in third. it makes cruzing on the highway seem like a breeze compared to the klx250, before it felt like i was either going to blow the engine up trying to keep up with traffic or was going to get run over if i wasnt full throttle all the time. seems like it likes to do 75 no problem all day long. The top speed was 100mph and that was with two people. Its a digital mph gauge, but i think its off like 5 or 10 mph. I'll have to find one of those cop radar trailers that they leave on the side of the road and test it or something.

Its defiantly heavy in the woods and feels like the center of gravity on the bike is way higher then the klx250 making tight corners on the street and in the trails slower and wider.

And yes, it is a kawazuki... Suzuki was making bikes and quads for kawai from like 00-05 i think, but am not completely sure.
