Pelican case

RE: Pelican case
I ordered mine. I didn't see a mounting kit... I'm assuming a trip to Home Depot or Lowes can produce some stainless steel hardware and a small tube of silicone. I like hte idea of this case. It's 3 times the size of a sportbike trunk and 100% watertight. It should easily hold a bottle of water, camera, mini first aide kit, and maybe an extra layer for cold days.
For remote off roading, you could coil up some braided SS cable with D rings on each end to use as a tow line with another bike if you get stuck in mud.

RE: Pelican case
if you go to Lowes the clamps you need are in the pullout drawer section near hardware (at least thats where i found mine)....i also got the large rubber washers and metal washers while there....i went with lock washers and wingnuts instead of clevis pins-seems like either will work...
