Can always try the Tusk Aluminum bars from Rocky Mountain. $25 a set, you can try 3 different bends for the price of some of the other bars. I've had mine since March 07 and love them in the KX High bend. They've seen some biffs at around 25-30mph and have held up fine. I did mar them with my tie downs though.

The Renthal twin-walls are great although a little pricey I have a set on a KX250.
The Pro-Taper Contour (1 1/8" Aluminum) or the EVO (1 1/8" Magnesium) bars are very good for the money, I have the Contour CR High bend on my KLX and they are nice (albeit not life altering) making it easier to ride standing and reducing some of the high freq vibes a bit and they look good which is job #1 of course.

I have the TAG T2 1 1/8th with the CR high bend. Alot is what you like and where you want your hands (height, spread, depth)but the aluminum 1 1/8 is definitely lighter and stronger and soaks up some of the vibes. I didn't ge mine until I seriously bent my stocker, but am happy I had to.
