You guys are so helpful!!
The KLX is having a complete suspension facelift. I sent the front forks and the rear shock out to Moto Pro to respring and put a valveing kit in. And since I was going to have it apart anyway I contacted Bill Blue and had him set the TM 33 pumper up for me.
I've got the carb installed and have had it running but can't really try her out untill my suspension gets back. I should have it sometime next week.
It should be a totally different bike!

Here's my "old school" ride. Picked it up last week. What a beast!!! It will wheely in 5th gear. It a 1983 four stroke single cylinder 600 with twin carbs and dual exhaust! It's old and needs a little fixing up ....... but that describes me too! I'll keep you posted on the progress of the restoration.
