I agree with Craig (lance corporal), we should checkout nearby hotels/motels.
I like a bit of comfort now, in my "older" years , better off in a clean bed, showers & maybe even a restaurant/bar than on the ground with bugs and smelly biker buddies .

having said that i'm good either way. given the choice i would go with the hotel as long as it's not 25 miles away from the trailhead.24..... maybe but 25 no way!! that's too far

does pennsylania require a special offroad tag? a friend mentioned that in some states you need a tag to ride offroad even if your bike is registered.

ok guys...I was told the order was NO......apparantly they tried an atv gathering last year on the same property and the entire town shut them down even tho it was only goin to be 40 people......(apparantly they watch this company/family alot)....the family is thekov%$&^ family and they own about 15 car dealerships and the KME fire apparatus company......they basically own everything but the people who set the rules and the order is NO to me....they are cool with a group of a few (4-8) but no where near the numbers we have (18-35) ....it's too much of a liability to them he said.we are allowed to do a day meet and ride their land however.....we could pull off 40 miles easy and it's ALL offroad.....there are hotels in the area too.we could do a 2 day event and maybe run 60 (30 each day)miles offroad with alot of food and beer afterwards....Things may also change and the owner may show up with alot of beer for free which he is known to do on occassion......bonfires and parties usually go on thru the night.....I can keep trying on this to see what i come up with ....I really think it would be alot of fun for us all ....We could also watch the atv's try the local mud pits which are really crazy ones.plus the trails are very gnarly.......I saw a guy...only one so far make this one trail on his KTM.....myself? i had to use creeper gear on the atv...LOL....but i would try it on the KLX.....just to see if i could do it.....all the other trails i know we could do with a set of TMII's.....it'd be fun....you guys need to try to pull some dates together that you want to do this....so i can give him some kind of idea.
