If your refering to the tube under the grip the bike has an aluminium tube under original grips. it looks to me like the OEM is plastic. I am not sure what the advantage to aluminium tube is as I dont see how it would be much lighter. The wheeling bike has both cables hooked up still so there is just as much clutter/hardware from what I can tell.
Am I missing the point?

I have bought lots of parts from these folks. They are first class operation and take the time to help with any questions you have about installation. before and after the sale

Chas'
I just bought it that way. But the girl was pleased. Unveiled it on her birthday @ birthday party. She was all blubbery as it was the first birthday party she had had since her husband died 10 years ago. Im still coasting on the cool points.

The alum throttle tube claims to have a faster pull ratio, wondered if it did and if it fit the stock housing and cables. thanks

as far as being alum I don't really care, I've had them and they seems rattely on the bar until you get used to them.

I cant tell you about faster throttle response but I can check on it when I get back from weekend work trip. I assume you are refering to it being a less of a twist to get to full throttle.

Cables are stock.
