Jeez, i didnt know so many people ride in jersey, CPR1, i live on Carranza road, acctually the other end all the way down the pavement near RT. 206. i camp with my boy scout troop at the campsite across the street every year.
id love to go riding, i can bring you guys to apple pie hill too! (tallest point in SJ)
lots of riding there, we have 2 local enduros too, pine barrens and South jersey Enduro Riders, which im part of

theres tons of trails out here, i ride 9 miles from my house just to get to a sand pit that a lot of people go riding at and swimming at.
and then theres chatsworth!!! you can ride for hours without going on the same trail twice!

 

My one attempt to ride through snow didn't go so well. I was down in Amador County a month ago riding a dirt road that PG&E uses to access a couple of dams and flumes for electric power. The road was plowed but I came to a wide spot with an area of uncompacted snow about a foot thick and thought I'd give it a try. I got about 10 feet in and the snow in front of the front wheel packed up and solidified like a wheel chock and brought the bike to a sandstill. I tried to slip the clutch, but the rear wheel just spun down into it's own slush hole. Oh, well.

We should all get together in the spring for a KLX Wharton Ride.
I have 2 other friends with KLX's that i ride there with.
Would be nice to out number the WR's.

OK! A KLX run in south jersey sounds great! As soon as the weather gets a little better either myself or another KLX member, will put up a post for a ride. I think it would be pretty cool to get a group of KLX riders together and ride Wharton. We'll do it soon on a Sunday!
