New Seat!
#11
Mine costed a little over $300.00 for the one with the 'marine grade vinyl' cover. It appears to be pretty rugged. I didn't want sued becuase it rains quite a bit where I'm at and I don't have a garage. I have to leave the bike under a cover for a good part of the season.
I you have a garage, I recommend the suede because it would keep cooler on hot days.
That said, I'll go ahead and be a broken record again. This seat is one of the best mods I ever made to the bike. I spend a lot of time on the slab though.
It's no wonder that James Renazco has a waiting list.

Chances are you will have to send your seat pan in though...best to do that in the off season unless you can find a torn up seat off of ebay or somewhere and send that one in. That's what I did.
Oh, and good luck, Kevin! You won't regret it.

Sorry I'm confused?

The only exception to that is if they happen to have a spare seat pan on hand and you can do an exchange with them. Visit the website and send them an email. It doesn't hurt to ask.

They don't deal in complete seats. You send your seat to them and they build on your seat pan.

Sorry, I bought a complete second seat to send them so I can have two. You must send them a complete seat not just the pan since they use the foam from your stock seat to make the new one.

I've also got a Renazco build date of November 3rd for my WRR seat, you think the KLX seat is hard on your bacon??? The new WR250R have a vinyl covered anvil.
I paid (PayPal) $386 for suede top and blue vinyl sides, a friend has a Renazco on his KTM 990 Adventure and it is a very comfortable work of art.

I've been wanting to order one those Renazco seats for a while. But everytime I finally get the cash for one, something gives. I'm already planning to spend around $300 for timing chain repairs for the KLX. And my house A/C blower gave out yesterday, $500 later, I have A/C again.
