I took a quick look over the bike and there was no obvious damage. No bent, cracked plastic or anything like that. I forgot to look at the end of the grips for signs of a fall.
The story is that some guy bought the bike for his son as a MX bike and when he got it home the son wasn't happy. So apparently he put a couple hundred miles on it, decided it really isn't a MX bike, and traded it in for something better.
As for the warranty, i don't know.

Went ahead and bought it today. I got it unloaded and went for a little ride on some country roads and a dirt trail behind my house. WOW....its a blast.
I figured the motor was already broken in so I just kinda went for it. For a rider that hasn't rode anything bigger than an old trail 90 this is quite an increase in power. Honestly, it's a little bit scary.
Anyways, thanks for the help and advice on the purchase.

once you get uesd to it it won't be it is a leap from a 90 though, i honestly think this is an awsome bike to teach yourself to be a smart rider and will make you better when/ if you move up i know it's made me better as a racer becaues you don't have a lot of what you do on a bigger bike so you adjust and learn to make it work and apply what you learn to all your other riding, welcome to the club and enjoy it!

Congrats on the new bike. You won't regret it. Mines still stock and it still works for me. I don't need to be fast anymore and this bike does what I need it to. Desert season is coming (Oct- April) and can't wait for those long weekends.

Way to go on the purchase and congrats on the new bike. You found a good price. Maybe you can show me some trails in your neck of the desert sometime? It's good to see another Idaho member. There's a few of us around.
