I haven't had an opportunity to really get out for an extensive ride yet. This is my first "street" bike so I have been easing into it. So far the setup is great! I have had dirt bikes all my life (RM's and CR's) so this was more of a natural progression for me onto the street. I live pretty much in the country and this bike is exactly what I have been looking for - something to hop on and scat around the winding back roads and at a good price point. I have been debating about removing the decals - at least the monster Kawasaki on the tank sides.
I have let friends ride it who are dirt bike exclusive guys and they can't believe how fun it is. Both of them had them same response...."WOW".
What is the consensus on oil and oil filters for these bikes? Dealer suggested that I change it around 250 then at 500?
I will get some pics posted soon.

Hey CBH4187, since I have yet to make it through a tank of gas, is there a "low fuel" light on our bikes? The owners manual references it in one section however I do not see any details on the display.
Also, please post pics of your bike without the graphics when you get a chance.
Thanks
