added that second mount, def. beefs it up a bit! It's designed as a light duty rack, not meant for more than about 20lbs or so, just some sangwiches etc. when out in the woods. 
It is made by welding four 90 degree EMT bends together with three 1/2" EMT lengths in the middle and some scrap 1/8" flat stock welded underneath to bolt it to the frame.
Total cost: ~ $15
Materials: (4) 90 degree 3/4" EMT bends ~$12
(1) 5' length 1/2" EMT ~ $2
Time: ~3 hours
