New on the 2014 KLX250S EFI! First questions..

Thanks for letting me in
Just bought a 2014 KLX250S EFI, and the mods are as follows:
Delkevic Slip-on Exhaust.
KDX-snorkel.
Boosterplug fitted, sensor moved to the back in free air.
I can read in many threads that an O2-sensor eliminator is a must-have when snorkel- and exhaust-mod are done, but is that not taken care of by the Boosterplug?
I can't seem to find answer to that by searching.
I'm 190 cm tall, and I am working on raising it in the rear with some new links, stock is 119,5 mm, I was thinking to try 117 mm firstly, any advice on that?
Also, I need a higher seat, anybody knows if such is available on the aftermarket or if I need to create one myself?
Forks need a service, and they seem quite soft for my weight (85-90 kg), any advice on using thicker oil in the forks?
