RE: NEED Some extra kick for my klx 250s
No Problem its hard to understand or to try to explain it......One thing if you ever go to a drag strip how many low budget street cars have you seen that have a very radical cam and 1 or 2 big carbs maybe on a tunnel ram and of course very low stall converter and whenits in gear it will hardly run and then they NOS and thats a bomb waiting to go off but they will never learn....

RE: NEED Some extra kick for my klx 250s
thanks for some of the info guys!! does anyone have links and pics of the carb jet kit? im not too knowledgeable with carbs but sure i could figure it out with some help. i was thinking on cutting the tubular part of the muffler out and shortening it by about 5 inches, for that cleaner look, hiding it behind the plastic shroud, has anyone done this yet? also what has been determined to be the perfect gear ratio? all in all i am looking to gain quick throttle response and loads of torque, top end speed is not so important but would be nice to have the best of both worlds. any info from the klx gurus will be appreciated. THANKS!

Instructions are there too.....
read other posts to determine the real E-clip placement. It will depend on your elevation... mine is in the 2nd clip, I used the #128 main.
I am at 900 feet and ride between 1000-4000 feet.
