Hello, brand new here and this is my first post. I am trying to get a service manual for my 2007 klx250s. I have read alot about big bore kits and the service manual appears to be the first step. I have ordered one from the local dealer but it is not for my bike. It is for the 2009 and 2010 models. The part number is 99924-1393-03. I told the dealer this is not for my bike and they told me yes it is and this is the only one available. I know for sure there were some changes after the 2007 model year. Can anyone help me out with a part number for the correct manual, or do I have it. I think this is the wrong manual that I have. Thank you very much.

Well, I went back to the dealer today and told them that a manual is available on kawasaki.com. They looked it up and there it was. They really felt stupid, and they wanted to charge ME a 20% restocking fee on the wrong manual. Well, long story short I told them they screwed up and I'm not paying a restocking fee. I should have my manual in a week or 2.

 

Oh jeez I didn't even notice you were looking for an 2009 manual. Check the stickies for a free version of that one if you want. It is nice to have the actual manual in your hand.

Well, I got the 2 manuals in the other day and I was a little dissapointed. I didn't realize the first manual was for 93-96 models and the 2nd manual was for 99-2007 models. Nothing is really specific for the 2007 model year. When I ordered a manual for my mojave a few years back it was for a 1987 only.

 

I recently purchased this machine, but I have no owner's manual. Any source known to obtain one?
