My throttle is jammed for some odd reason, I can hear the cables binding inside. The screws are stripped (damn soft metal) and no amount of EZ Out will get them out. I have an Enduro this Saturday so I am running out of time. I am going to beat the throttle off or cut the bars and replace them. Who makes a throttle, quick turn or anything that will fit and uses stock cables that I can order Monday for overnight shipping?

Thanks everyone. I was able to get the @%$ $^%^7 @#%43 soft as poop metal screws out late last night and fix my throttle. I am now on a mission to replace every single screw with a stainless hex head.
I honstely do not know what type of metal they use of this screws, but they are way over torqued for how the metal just strips out, that are like single use screws, get them out once if you are lucky, don't you dare put them back in.

Tell me about it, and Phillips heads on overtorqued screws is just asking for trouble! Part of it is the way the throttle assembly clamps down, if you tighten the top screw then the bottom, it way overloads the top one because the clamp wants to pivot. If you just barely snug the top and tighten the bottom, then check the top, all will be well.
