Default Need Radiator Guards Now!

I am looking for radiator guards for my KLX250s, I have pretty much every guard possible except those. Last week while riding in Michigan I crashed and bent the fan sroud and dented the radiator. Any one know who makes them? I have looked everywhere.

Thanks

I've been trying to find them for months now and have never even found a clue. At this point I assumed theres no real aftermarket demand for them and no hint of any manufacturers intent on developing any for the KLX.

I'm thinking of taking the design ideas from a set a friends Husky have and simply fabricating some up for I mildly damaged mine over the winter time simply falling over. They are really weak radiators ( as often they are ) with shrouds that stick to far out and rely to much on the radiators for support. I've never taken a radiator out before but do some very deep woods riding and I'll be quite mad if I have to abandon the bike and walk 20-40 miles over the lack of a radiator guard. :P

If you never push the envelope how will you ever find your true ability? Half the fun of riding is being on the edge. ( Of course this applies to the young riders, us ol guys can't take the pain anymore. )

I wrote to the people that make the Unabiker radiator guards and he is checking to see if anything they already make will work for a 250S. I bought a set for my DRZ400S after seeing the price of the radiators if I were to damage them. I never put them on any other bikes but they can save money in case of a minor accident. I have read stories where a bike will fall over in someones garage and hit the radiator and ruin it...I myself never crash but its cheap insurance.

Up here in Michigan we have a lot of tight woods riding. I like to keep the lil' KLX ahead of the DRZ's, WR's and such. I actually did the damage falling over at 5mph in deeeeeep sand to avoid a crashed rider. Well, I guess I will keep looking and slow down and let the bigger bikes pass me.
