rad hose guard would be great, and it should fit the 06-07's too.

It looks like the bike you are working on for the Denali rack does not have a stock rear lights and blinkers. It also looks like it has an 09 Muzzy. Be aware that the stock blinkers do extend out to just over the end of the oval on the exhaust-before the little trumpet extendo thing at the end.

Also is this a permanent rack setup?

I would say you have good design, are you able to do them in titanium, or aluminium?
I would be interested in rad guards and a Denali rack especially in ti.

I actually dropped off my stock rear fender with the stock signals and tail light today and Tom is going to make sure everything measures right! I saw the bike today and I was very impressed at how everything is looking so far! I miss my bike so much but I know it will all be worth it! There are definitely good things to come! So everyone be patient!

You are doing a favor for so much of us. It's really great to see a part developer involved like this.

Any thoughts about running a a brace from the lower, foward part of the saddle bag frame to the passenger peg bolt? The rear sub isn't all that strong to start with, so bracing on any axis is a good thing.

All of our rack designs have mutiple mount locations. The picture is in process and does not have all parts fabricated yet.

All of our racks will be fabricated in mild steel. Other materials become too costly for this market.

I will try to get some more pictures up later today.

Thanks Tom

looks like to bolts up to the stock gear bag holes, nice. i dont know if you notice me saying, but these bikes need rad hose guards pritty bad, any look into those. looks like you could bolt some sort of guard to the motor mount pritty easy.

just run a brace down to the axle nut, that will make it nice and strong.
