Need help for supermoto build

Think I found a set on ebay .

Question about the wheel sizes: What better for the rear: 4.00 X 17 or 4.25 X 17? And does a 140/70 tire go on either of them? Or is the 4.00 X 17 too small for a 140/70 tire?
Also, was the OEM manufacturer for the SF wheels also Excel? Or are the Excel wheels better than OEM?

You can go either way. Both would fit a 140. I wouldn't go bigger then a 140 as the Klx has a narrow swingarm.

As far as the wheels I am not sure if accel made them but I would assume most likely they did.

Hopefully last question about the build :

I bought this rotor kit for the front:

It looks like the caliper bracket is specific only to 06-08 KLX and is not fitting on my 2012 KLX250S. However, I cant find any bracket online for the 09-14 KLX. Has anyone installed EBC rotors on their 09-14 KLX250S? Any links/images on the bracket?

Yes, stock rims are aluminum Excel's.
