I don´t know any cross reference between the KLX and other dirtbikes, in regards to perch/levers.

I have the shorter DRC levers (direct replacement) on my bike, and I like them. Although there´s no reach adjustment.

Zeta makes these for the KLX:

Other manufacturers levers might fit but you wont find a cross reference for that... Kawasaki has one for all of their models. I understand what you are trying to do, but its probably just easier to replace the whole thing. Good luck though. No apologies needed.

If it turns out to be more trouble than its worth I will have to live with my stock levers that are cut down a few inches..

(I'm very cheap!)

can you provide some measurement for the shorter DRC levers?...none of the website appear to state how "short" it is...

Default Levers

Hey, I know this thread is a bit old but I have the same problem. Recently I found on a japanese site that the levers for the new ninja250, D-tracker X/KLX250s and sf are the same fit. I will be ordering in the next two weeks. I will post if it is true!

I'm cheap so I just cut the ***** off the ends. Instant "shorty" levers. Works great and clears my Moose Hand Guards too.

Did same, and then used a couple applications of heat shrink tubing to add some ***** ala redp.

Default levers for klx250sf

So, I just recieved my short black with orange anodized adjusters for a 08-12 ninja 250 and they look and fit perfectly!!!
This means every manufacturer that makes a lever for the second gen baby ninja will fit the 09-10 klx 250!! Yea for us!
