Default RE: Need different mirrors!

It all depends on your money and if you think mirrors are really worth it. Living in Aus means i can’t just get parts, i need to order them (from the US), pay extra(US dollars)and wait a few weeks. (Not worth it for mirrors)

soooooooo, i went for a cheap option. I hated the mirrors, but only because they are too high and stick out like dogs *****. So i just took em to work, found the right die piece and extended the tread. Cut off the excess and now they sit a lot lower. Looks smaller and becomes part of the bike, instead ofthose gay micky mouse ears

If any one is interested, i can get some measurements and pics......buuuuttt common, its not hard. 15 mins max.... if you have the right die piece

Cheers!

I bought a trick Bell mirror from Kmart for 3 bucks that's flexable and is hardly noticeable. Works well too.

that would be them...I just checked the dennis kirk website and read the "more info"details...they are great..they are a bit tricky to get set-up but once you perfect that, they stay in place on the street and still fold away easily for the trails.

i think i'm going to go with the dual stars.... the ones on ebay are $55-$65 a peice. and the dual stars are under 20 each. sooooooooo i'd rather have two mirrors because there cheaper then one really cool one i guess? if i cant see with them i'm taking it off and going back to stock.
