Here is the parts I used and it Runs GREAT

Big Gun Evo X Full Exhuast
KDX 200 Snorkel
Moose Performance Jet Kit (Dynojet) MQ2206.001 / 1997-05 Kawasaki KLX300 Stage 2 Part # 10070044
Parts Included in this kit are :
Main Jet Sizes : DJ120 , 124,128,132
Fuel Needle DNO 352
E-Clip DE0001
Slide Drill Bit DD32


I used the quiet insert and spark Screen that came with the pipe
I used the #124 Main
Needle clip on the 4th notch from the top
Stock piolet jet
Fuel Mixture screw 2.5 turns from closed ( by the way the factory had it closed completely)[:@]
I removed all the smog hoses
Drilled the air box crankcase inlet to 1/2"

I bought the pipe and jet kit from Thumper Talk for $498.00 shipped to my house

The Bike runs great couldn't be happier unless it was a 450cc

Wow, that sounds EXACTLY like my bike (well, except for the closed fuel mixture screw)!
