...but us guys still in America know better and most on here are just nice to you when you spout your japanese propaganda. this is how toyota and honda became the "benchmarks" in mid-size sedans- buyers listening to the likes of you. fortuneately ford has put both honda and toyota on the trailer this year in that class.

just because someone or something sells more of something doesn't mean that product is the best. the F150 is the best selling truck, but the Dodge Ram is twice the truck of the F150 in any class or size. The Fusion is relatively still unknown to most buyers since it's only 1 year old. give it time, and it's bound to regain Ford as the #1 selling car in that class. Price alone along with it's already praised quality, JDPower and Consumer Reportsrecommendation, and if nothing else, they're availability will help at attaining that.
oh, +4. I got my point across, that's all I wanted to do. Not my problem you guys have your tongues so far up..........well, I'll leave it at that.

RE: My opinion on exhausts....
Ok ,its 2007...... Pipe questions have been like pouring salt on a slug! I've waited to buy a pipe , I really could use a pipe, I've read all the posts on pipes, and I am still in the dark.
HP, vs. Fit?, vs. Finish? = Price? OR Rider opinions vs, facts = Confusion?
Ithink this site isGreat!and all the work put forthis Awesome! Keep up the good work !
Maybey we could put together a Pipe Page, with Dyno results (we have,or have not) Fit and Finish, Loud or quiet, Hp vs Price.....mods or no mods ,with a pipe ,and make some more Progress for the KLX250!
Just a Thought....Roscoe

you can say what you want about BigGun and their EvoX series pipe, but us owners know better.

ORIGINAL: Iowaguy with an expensive system like yours I understand why it's a concrete queen. frankly, i think your setup is a bit weird and gaudy but thankfully it's not my bike.

RE: My opinion on exhausts....
Just to go on record with the whole Japanese vs American products issue.
-I very much like the Muzzy and think thay use quality materials.
-I REALLY like the HMF, because it also is a quality product and is the first stateside slip-on that was actually designed for this bike.
-I feel that ALL Japanese slip-ons are over-priced and would not own one.
-I REALLY like the quality of the Staintune but feel the system is too loud.
I don'tdifferentiate based on what country produces the product. If I see a turd, I call it a turd.
Iowa, there are guys who ride with me whohaveeverything fromBig Gun,to FMFtoSuperTrapto Leo Vinci systems on their bike. I don't justride with Japanese guys; we have a group fromMisawa AirBase that goes out on ridesquite often.
To a man,the Big Gun owners were satisfied when they first got the system (heck, I even like the sound of them), but as they put miles on their machine those same quality issues raised their ugly head. It's too bad that you feel my posts are"propaganda' for anyparticular country's products. It's also too bad that you can take a simple statement about anexhaust pipe so personally. One thing that keeps me coming back to this forum is that I know that 99% of the posters here can actuallylook at something objectively rather than jumping to conclusions and takingposts that don't agree withtheir own point of view so personally.
Most of thetime Iignore your posts, but there'sother times when I find myselffeeling sorry for you. Isincerely hope that clarifies a few issues and really hope you cansomehow separate your feelings fromthe facts.
