Looks like a pretty good ranking to me. But I thought I would add that Staintune is Aussie. Mav would have corrected you if I didn't.

i would have contacted big gun for replacement screws but i was kinda in Fl and needed something now.. so i got some screws that i think were a little different thread pattern, so ill probably end up drilling out the existing holes and tapping them agian with bigger screws for the end cap [:@]

Hey! Let's not forget the ACME pipe:

FWIW - I added a "Big Gun Stainless Quiet End Spout" to a recent order to see what is does for sound. I know it adds a restriction to the exhaust flow, but for $14, it was worth the gamble to see what its doesto lower the sound. The area of the opening is about the same as that of the Quiet Core Insert, so it shouldn't be that much of a restriction, and definitely less restrictive than the Vortex Insert.

ORIGINAL: Iowaguy
And I'm sure "nobrakes" is talking about me when he said that it was really only one guy that was spouting off about his favorite exhaust. That's bull**** and he knows it. He and many others on here were saying the same things about their favorite exhausts.
The difference is that while most folks were stating what they liked or disliked about the pipe they owned, you actively bashed other pipes with contrived and highly exaggerated statements, calling them crap, junk, pieces of ****, etc, etc. And then you attacked anyone who countered your so called "arguments". This got really annoying to a lot of members here. But it really wasn't until people started exposing issues with Big Gun that you laid off a little and stopped the more serious bashing. Whether you believe it or not, the negative bashing really turns a whole lot of people off. To your credit, however, you seem to be a lot better about that these days.

And I defy you to find one place where I've bashed Big Gun or any other pipe. I'll call a spade a spade where it warrants it, but I don't get religious about this stuff, it's just metal after all and I have no vested interested in one over the other.

ok here is a pic of the big gun end pieces

OK now the end cap thats silver, not the red edcap, is what i think i may have scewed the threads up on... Stock the screw holes dont go all the way through the piece of alum..... now to fix this the way i think im going to have to is drill those holes completely through thate piece of aluminum, but there will always be screws in that hole, to hold the end cap on. Can anyone see something bad happening from drilling those holes straight through? Its not going to push the screws out or anything will it? Any ideas, or anything?

I would think you could just drill that out and tap it at the next larger size and just use a slightly larger screw. Then invest in some lock-tite.
