anyway on one of the jeep trails I missed a shift at an inopportune place and did a high side off of a small bridge. Landed on some small logs. Luckily I had on chest protecter and the rest of my gear. Somehow the foot peg caught my boot and tore the strap.

Tuesday I stopped by the dealer to find out if they could be sent back an to be repaired. I bought the boots this spring and only used them 5 times. I got a call today from the dealer saying they could not be repaired but that MSR was sending a new pair of boots. GO FIGURE. They said the boots were less than a year old and they stand behind there product. SO I just thought you guys should know if your considering riding gear. MSR has got my vote.

That's good business on their part. Good to hear of companies standing behind their products.

I don't understand other companys that don't do the same thing and stand behind their stuff. This customer service will cost MSR almost nothing, and a couple hundred people will read about it on here, and maybe tell some of their friends. Like KDXMike said Good business in other words it will make them money.

I bought the boots at a KTM dealer here in Kennewick the only place that Carry's any gear to speak of and she got right on the phone and got it handled. Nice to have a person that sells orange but cares for everyone.
