I forget the brand, But its pretty much this.

MSR Hi-Jack Stand - Dirt Bike Motocross - Motorcycle Superstore

And yes back in the day, (5 years ago) I paid that much for it. After all I was rich then, what with the Kawi Credit card.....LOL

Good point.
My Larin jack has mechanical locking tabs every inch or so. Jack it up flip the tabs down and forget about it until you try to let the bike down and it won't go .

Yeah and mine has a bar that goes across to make sure it can't come down in case you hit the release pedal. First rule of thumb, never trust anyone who says it off or locked out and second rule double check before you work on something.
