Not a big fan of using hydraulic jacks for working on vehicles. They should only be used for raising & lowering. I guess most hyd floor jacks are rated for 1.5T so a 120kg bike should be okay.
A mechanical jack is better as they don't leak down causing creep. My 2c

Its great. The not great part is the lack of welder
A welder is on my list. I have always wanted one now at 42 I am going to get one. But for this project upfront costs are less getting a stand or jack from the store.
Taking the time to make a new base plate for my floor jack would work I am sure. No as well as this though.
