Best bet is find some hubs and have them laced to 17" rims.

In australia we got a heap of cbr's imported,my sister has one and she goes great
I know alot of ppl have been using the cbr rims on other offroaders like the wr and xr but its the other bits i have no idea about :S
Im bidding on a set of them that was being used on a wr and ill try to find out more on adapting them,im sure u guys would be intrested on s0ome new ideas?thanks for the link to,its looking like im gona have to spend a few $$$$ on the setup tho.
Pretty much ecel rims are the go?

$2200 quoted for the rims,excel ones,not too bad all fitted,thats in australia coin

New mirrors arrived,they look alot better .illo get pics soon

The problem I have seen with using american sportbike rims and making them fit is that the front rotor is usally on the other side than the klx. You would have to run the rim in the opposite direction and then the front and back would look different. Not that it is a major problem but it would probably bug me.

hey maverick,are you in australia???I want the U.S graphics any ideas???
heres some pics of my new mirrors and i just fitted the led indicators
I got rid of the rack and lights setup.

save yourself money in the long run and the headaches of fitting and trying.....I will buy all my goods from them and build my own to save money BUT they know what hubs and spokes to sell you to match an excel rim...call me a dummy but eh....I know i will save a bunch of dough.

yes I'm in Australia. As far as I know the US graphics are the same as ours. Here is a almost current pic of my bike
