Default Motard setup?

Hi guys,im a newby

I love my klx 07 model and im looking at geting a motard setup, what are my options?

Ive been lead to believe that i can cheaply pick up cbr250 or nsr250 wheels and tyres and uses them

alas what else do i need?d-tracker bits are hard to come by,i love the dirt riding but wanna see how the

bike goes in sm mode
any ideas would be great
cheers Giles

i have no idea if cbr250 or nsr250 wheels would fit... im thinking no, others have bought motard wheels, what like 1200-1300 dollars.... need two more rotors, another sprocket, and the actual wheels and tires, if you want 17" wheels, you can always just buy street tires for the stock wheels.

They have what you need for the KLX for supermoto.
Pricey, Yes...but it will work and fit correctly.

+1 to that. I've had more smiles on my face while on the klx than I ever did on my 636.

Giles, welcome to the forum. Most on here won't be able to tell you about the cbr or nsr 250 wheels. The cbr was never brought to the us and I think the nsr was only here for a year or to in the early 90's so not to many around. Best bet is find some hubs and have them laced to 17" rims.
