Default Moose fender pack installed.

I got a chance to install a Moose fender pack that I received the other day. I will try to add one or two photos.

mmatz, how does the bag attach to the bike? I like the looks of the bag, and I'd like to see that part. Any chance you could post a few pics of that specifically? Thanks.

This bag comes with hex bolts and nylock nuts & washers to mount it to the rear fender. I did not want any sharp edges inside because I plan on carrying a spare rear tube, tube sealant, inflator kit (CO2 cartridges) and other get me home types of goodies (plug, Tusk racer axle wrench 17mm/27mm, tow strap, etc). So for mounting I kept it simple and used 3 nylon zip-ties, 2 washers, and a 5" piece of 1/4" wood dowel.

That's pretty slick right there. What would we do without zip ties & duct tape? I hope we never have to find out.

Yea, great fit/size. Exactly what I had been looking for. These were unavailable for quite some time so I waited patiently. Worth the wait. I got mine through Rocky Mountain ATV www.rockymountainatv.com $34.95 p/n 35100007. I'm sure any Moose dealer can order it. I also got a Tusk front fender pack that includes 2 tire irons $14.95 p/n 192411. I can fit in a ft. tube, third tire iron, etc.

Matt
