Default RE: Mods & Jets

Went to the jetting and mods post, but don't have excel on my computer. So I will post them here. Full muzzy exhaust, dual snorkle,( fmf dyno kit- stock pilot- 124 main- 2.25 out on mix screw- 4th down on clip), uni filter. At about 500 ft elevation. Pulls hard through all gears, minor decel pop, Also drilled airbox vent to 3/8". plug looks good so far. Had to add the second snorkle (stock) the other is the high flow, was running too rich. The bike seems to be healthy now. 14/45 sprockets. Also installed dual star led tail light bulb, renthal bars, scott grips, d.i.d. chain.

ORIGINAL: YYY.GUY

Hey guys, I know this stuff is plastered all over this forum, but I'm compiling a spreadsheet of everyone's performance mods and jetting configurations. You can download the Excel spreadsheet using the following link:

Kawasaki KLX250s Mods & Jets.xls
Kawasaki KLX250s Mods & Jets.pdf
(Last Updated: 2006-11-09 (Added a few more configurations, and a link to a PDF printout))
I've updated the spreadsheet.

For those of you out there who do not have Micro$oft Excel, I've also added a link to an Acrobat (PDF) version of the spreadsheet printout. The PDF version does not provide access to the comments that have been added to some cells, but its better than not having access to anything at all, right?

With the changing season, a couple people have provided "Winter" configurations and performance ratings. This information has been mostly added in the cell comments.

If anyone has suggestions for a better layout, please let me know. There's a lot of information in there, and I've tried to capture it as consistently and concisely as possible, but there's always room for improvement!

Mike
