RE: Mods diagnosis
I would think that there should be some rubber involved in mounting these aftermarket exhaust systems. Maybe where the spacers are being installed would be be a good place for a rubber mount to ease the stress off the engine and frame.

That's the same problem that my friend had with his Two Bros. exhaust! Just wait until all these mufflers and aftermarket parts start being made in China - you think you got problems now...

No rubber dude - they just need to be taking their Prozac more often. Or, more likely, they all flunked out of shop class and should stick with home economics instead - Ouch! Did I say that?! Must be the heat.

Actually, I'm re-thinking the whole rubber thing and it may be too hot and cause fire. But I know that car exhaust is all "floating" on rubber hangers to avoid vibration and stress on the engine. Maybe some of the vibration problems in other posts are being caused by this very thing. Perhaps a spring loaded system is in order.

Yep, I don't even want to see my next Kawasaki credit card bill! My girlfriend, Beth freaked when I got another bike - basically she knew I'd be spending more time riding and not taking her rock climbing or out to expensive restaurants every weekend. She makes three times more change than I do and expects me to pay for everything - where do I find these women? I need to downsize, so which should go - the bike or Beth?

That's kinda like asking how many licks to the center of a tootsie pop. The world may never know. I think it's only fair to have several girlfriends and several motorcycles and some cars and bass guitars and amps and big screen tv's and atv's and............Man I am in deep trouble. time to tear up the credit cards.

Yeah, my girlfriend's brother is an exec for Fender Guitar here in Scottsdale - Looks like I won't be getting anymore concert tickets with backstage passes.
