Mods on a 09 KLX250s
#2
I heard the Muzzy will work, for the KLX 300. I suppose the Dyno Jet will work as well although there are some differences in the carbs. There should be some 09 guys on here pretty soon. Oh and welcome to the forums in case I missed you.

The number after the description is the Kawi part number, if you find the part for the bike listed at the end of the description, it will fit the klx250S too.

* '06/'07'/09 Exhaust Muffler - 18091 - fits the ('07)-klx300R (pretty much any aftermarket can that fits the klx300) FMF powercore4, Q4, pro-circuit ti4
muzzy and big gun make a direct replacement for the klx250s
* '06/'07/'09 Rear Sprocket - 42041 - 48 <-(designates 48 teeth) - fits the '07-klx300R, '06 kdx-200, '06-kdx250
* '06/'07/'09 Air cleaner - 11013 - fits the '07-klx300R, '06-kdx200, '05-kdx220 UNI Air, Twin Air or White Bro's make nice hi flow filters, and K&N too.
Whatever works for you. I kept my 14T front, and replaced the rear, for weight savings, renthal aluminum sprocket. I think with my 14/48 I had to go to a 110 chain + master link, but that's off the top of my head....
