Default Modification checkup?

I just finnished re-jetting my bike, used a Main jet 2nd #128 , replaced the needle with the N1TC four position one. The clip on the 3rd slot from the end. The mixture screw out 2-1/2 (900 degrees counter clockwise) full turns out from the original position. I also put the KDX snorkle in and I have a K&N air filter installed.
These are the only mods I have done, and wanted to check that these would be safe for my bike, and most effective.

Are you using the oem muffler? If so, get a slip-on or full exhaust asap!

ORIGINAL: MaverickAus

I'd replace the K & N with a foam filter

UNI....... K& N lets too much dirt through..... if your runnin stock exhaust, might wanna go to the second clip position from the top, the 128 sounds a little rich for a stock exhaust, thats the jet i used for my bike with the big gun full exhaust.

Thanks fellas.
Now whatsymptoms will it have ifif it is running too rich / lean?
Is it harmful to the bike now with the stock exhaust?
Will it run better with a smaller jet, or any other cheap parts?

For the record
I have 07', 4200kms
