well I took the KLX out exploring last night.. 32 deg F.. found alot of crazy trails and power lines.. and woops (my back is killing me) KLX is killer for sneaking around the back woods looking for trails at night.. I kept seeing scenes from horror movies though.. was erie.. the trails were so tight.. any kind of monster could have popped out at any moment

Sold my 250 SX and picked up a 06 400 DRZ I have been playing with.

This was two weeks ago. Road ride and some logging road some single track and a 13 degree ride home.

My new 2 me DRZ. Going to try to make it half as fun a bike as my KLX.

Bike is up on blocks in the garage. Not much to talk about, come Feb or Mar I will start getting the itch and start playing with it again.

Would be nice if we got a new 2012 bike that was refreshed. Heck, even if they just changed the colors a bit.
I feel sorry for you poor schmucks mired in nasty weather. Right now weather conditions in Central Florida are perferct for riding. Other riding conditions however are condition orange.

Number of peolple on the roads is close to double. Entire increase made up of the 65-95 age group driving along in the last of the Lincoln Town Cars and their ilk. Everyday threat risk rises in direct proportion to the number of wraparound sundglasses in those Lincolns.

Not a place to lose concetration, but then I've always ridden like I'm invisible, I expect the lady at the next intersection to pull out in front of me despite locked on eye contact. Can result in trying out full dual sport capability on the KLX as one exits. stage right.

One thing for certain. Never a dull moment.

Well we got our first good snowfall here today. Not much of a snowmobile fan but I think the KLX is coming out for rip when I get home
