Very cool!

I was thinking that the mixture screw was something that you could set without the engine running, so any small screwdriver that fits would work. If that's the case, maybe one of those tiny eyeglass repair kit screwdrivers might work:



Or possibly a double ended, hex-drive bit is long enough to twist with your fingertips.

(Personally, I think pretty much anything that lets you avoid pulling the carb is a good solution!!! )

Why dont you just get another Idle thumbwheel set up and grind the threaded end into a flat head tip? Maybe even find away to mount it so you can adjust it anytime easily? Just a thought.
