Mixture Screw-driver
If you don't have a right angle screwdriver to access the mixture screw, here's a way to make one pretty simply and effectively. You'll need a dental style mechanics mirror , a 1/8" by 10" long piece of aluminum tubing, and a 1/32" piece of music wire. You can get the tubing and wire from an art supply store (Pearl's in Florida). The concept is to use the flexible wire as the screwdriver, and bend the tubing to guide the tip of the wire to the mixture screw. The mirror lets you see what the heck you're doing. I used this to tweak my mixture screw up and down by 1/4 turns or so until I found the best spot (about 2 turns out), oh the bike was running while I adjusted the screw. I'll post some pics to show you what I did.
Firstly, here's where we're trying to get:

Close-up of the business end of the wire screw driver. I flattened the wire a bit to give the wire more bite in the screw slot:

Here's an overll shot of the tool, I bent a 90 in the other end of the wire to rotate it. A better solution is to use a pin vise, or attach a cylindrical handle:

Now to the good stuff. A mirror view of the screw. I passed the mirror on top of the clutch cable and between the cylinder and the oil line. The mirror lays as flat as possible on top of the starter, angled slightly back:

I held the mirror in place with one of these. If you don't have one of these, use a daughter, wife, buddy, clamp, whatever:

Now with the mirror in-place, advance the driver under the exhaust pipe and up to the mixture screw. I takes a little tweaking of the curve of the tube to get the right fit, but in no time it was fitting right in. Oh, put the wire in the tube before you start bending it, this will help keep the bends smooth, also, avoid bending the tube in too tight a radius or the wire won't turn easily in it. I greased the wire also. Once the driver is in the slot, just look in the mirror and turn the back of the wire. If you were careful and didn't kink the wire when you bent the tube, the screw will turn smoothly.
