Default Metzeler enduro3 sahara tires

Had them on for a few weeks now.. put 100 miles on them enough to wear off the injection spikes. Here is what Ive found:

I tried kendra southwick 2 tires - soft and mushy, front end snaked back and forth at high speeds on road

I tried Dunlop 606's : awesome rear tire hookup, treadwear was awesome, but again, front tire snaked about feeling unstable on the road

Dunlop 605's Great front tire stability after they wear in about 2000 miles, but rear tire hookup in sand almost nonexistant.. good tread wear, light, inexpensive

METZELZER enduro3 sahara. I got 140/80's on the rear!!!! FAT massive rear tire.. about 1/4 inch clearence each side of swingarm.. they hook up big time in sand.. great traction, great street cornering stability. Front tires 90/90 THE BEST stability at highway speeds... feel a little strange at first as they tend to make your forks steer into your turns if underinflated, but after break in and 20 lbs air pressure, I am used to them now and am at home on the set.. TWO thumbs up on the metzelers!

yes, and they recommend oposite rotation directions from factory.. seems oposite of what I would do.. but I guess cornering traction in front was their concern.. same tread pattern, just reversed
