13-45 60mph indicated @ 7grand With plenty of power left. This bike has a sweet spot between 7 and 8 so don't worry it will be fine.

yeah i dont care about top speed, but i just want to be able to cruise at 55 or 60 TOPS without feeling like im running her wayy too hard...

there is just sooo much stuff i dont know about, and soo much stuff i want to do to my bike, i just dont know where to begin....i came SOOO CLOSE to trading my bike in on a ktm 450exc, but after thinking about it, i just love my klx too much to get rid of her....and from ya'lls input i was swayed...i just can't emphasize enough how desperate i am for more throttle response, torque, and power...

haha sorry guys, i know my obsession with wheelies is getting old, BUT...if i did the free mods and new sprocket will the front end stand up by just snapping the throttle in first...NOT FOR RIDING A LONG WHEELIE, i dont care about the technique and being able to ride out wheelies...i just want my bike to have the power to do a "temporary" wheelie just for a split second by just snapping the throttle in first and second gear....you know what im talking about? not rididing wheelies, just standing the bike up.

60mph at 6k is stock gearing.

Cruising at 70mph indicated stock or otherwise is not an issue for the 09. I do it almost daily.

When I'm stopped I can get the wheel up if I rev it and dump the clutch. I have no skills. You could probably get it up a little in 2nd too.
