Make my 09 red klx all black and red?

gamebird. use a hairdryer and heat the stickers up then peel them off. to remove the leftover shiz use some lighter fluid or goo gone.

My plastic is klx300 plastic with a klx 300 tank......I like moe's better, my setup was a cheap way to get more gas and replace my faded and cracked green 06 plastic.

Question thou.....do 09 fork guards fit on an 06....I see they come in black.

Or you could get some from Japan, they have been coming out in black over here for the last ten years. i can usually get them for around $40

Yep that's my old P.K. Ripper. It has some cracks in the usual places. will be sending it to be welded and polished.

Just like Kevhamm said. On the new plastic the decals just peeled right off. I guess the glue hadn't set. On the plastics that had been on the bike since new, the decals needed some coaxing to get them to come off.

MMMMMMM always wanted a PK Ripper. You should check out www.vintagebmx.com. That group meets each spring here in Rockford. They bring all of their restored old school bmx bikes and have a show/swap. I walk around and drool.
