If you have a pipe, you should have a Dynojet kit. In the DJ kits, you'll probably end up with a 128 or 132. Bikes vary enough that I can't say exactly which jet will be your best in your location. I'd start with the 128.

At your elevation, a 128 would work perfect.

I'm running a 125 with just the slip on and factory header and it is not running right. I am at sea level. I am gonna try going to the 128 to see if it runs a bit better. So I would think you should be running 128 at least.

FWIW - when my bike was 250, open airbox (no lid/snorkel), FMF Q4 exhaust with power-bomb, between sea level and 900ft, a 128 main jet worked perfect.

Since the 351, I have a 132 jet, and a 40 pilot, all good.

TNC - aren't you still running the stock #35 pilot jet? I bumped to a #38 and it's too rich, even with Kouba screw only a little over 1 turn out. So I'll be going back to the #35, leaving the #128 main and DJ with clip in 3rd from top (middle position) and see if that helps. Mileage is sucking at 48 mpg on the flat and easy. Air box lid off, HMF slipon, stock header, twinair filter, 3,000 feet above sea and up.

I am at sea level and I have the setup listed in my sig and the bike runs perfectly. Starts right up hot or cold and idles perfectly and revs with no hesitation whatsoever.

800 ft here. I have the jetting in my sig. It worked well when I did it, but better with the screen removed. It does not show any indication of being too rich.

Be warned that jet numbers from the DJ kits are not the same size as those from the dealer. Be certain that you are comparing apples to apples.

I have been considering getting a colortune plug to visual check fuel air mixture.
It is basicly a spark plug with a clear base so you can see the cumbustion flame.
light blue = too lean
dark blue = just right
orange = too lean
Does anyone have experance with this?
