BRILLIANT!
I had been drooling over this Sikk Trail, but that bike above has a KX85 motor, that's gotta be better than the 125cc chinese four stroke on the Sikk.

The Sikk and this other scratch built bike just came up over on advrider. Sounds like the Sikk is more of a gadget/toy than an actual trail beater based on the claims of a few who have ridden one.

Both the KX85 and this use the same engine. This is 125lbs while a KX85 is 143lbs. Wheelbase is ~50 on both. This has less suspension travel but more ground clearance and higher seat height (which could be obtained on the KX by putting on larger wheels). What's the point of this bike??

Looks a little like the Yamaha Tricker (I know I've posted this before). I would love to take either for a ride after watching this video
(too bad they aren't available here):

RE: M85 superlight dirtbike
The point of this bike was to see how light a trail bike could be made. It was a thesis project for a group of guys in Industrial Engineering. They were familiar with the abuse downhill mtn bikes took and based the idea around downhill components.
