Default Lowest Tire Pressure Question

What is a recommended lowest air pressure for the front tire (Perelli MT21) without a rim lock...............running the recommended 22 and getting some front end wobbles?

I run 18 psi with no problems, no rim lock. I'm easy on the front brake though. I use the flow.

I've had mine down to 18psi, but it was on street riding. I usually keep them at 22front & 25rear, even when trail riding.

12 and 12 with a rim lock on the rear only.
The guys at the local trail and enduro club suggest 14psi for the average rider, off road.

I normally run 20psi as a good all-round pressure.
I've been told no lower than 16psi without locks.
