Thanks, actually I am not too keen on that photo but dont really have any other ones.
I have been told that I look a lot younger than I am and I think that photo makes me look childish.

What about pics of you guys? I showed my mug, it's your turn to anti up.

 

There's a bad pic of me in my photo album - check the camera icon below my avatar. Not very many good pics of me either, though I don't think it's any fault of the camera

 

You'd think with a brand new $1300 Nikon D80 digital SLR camera sitting on my desk that I would have at least ONE picture of myself, nope. I'm the one behind the camera not in front of it

 

Tweek - I know what ya mean, just got a brand new Panasonic Lumix FZ30 (not quite as nice as yours but still a step up for me). Love it!
How's the Nikon?

Sullydirt and I were just up in your neck of the woods not too long ago. We rode out to meet his brother and nephew. Nope, we were not on the KLX's. Kind of a long trip for that.

Panama City is NOT that far away and KLXStiffler is over there.

It's amazing, the high ISO performance is out of this world for the price point, I still question where it stands next to the much more expensive D200. From tests I've done and what I've seen online the image quality and ISO performance of the cheaper D80 is better. But I suppose the D200 is slightly better because of the faster FPS and other things.


But I actually do have a picture, it's a little messed up though, it was the first one I took and I set the exposure speed too slow. Oh and the cameras in front of my face

Marty - Yes I am an Argonaut! I am graduating with a BSBA in Accounting and a BSBA in Finance (wooo, what a nerd) in December. Cant wait, although I know I will miss the college lifestyle.
You're right, Panama city is not far at all. Nice to know there's help right around the corner. In fact, I used to live near Ocala (Deland/Lake Helen area). I loved growing up down there.

Welcome to the forum. You will love the KLX. My wife keeps trying to ride mine. She is 5'4 (Yikes!!). Looks like we'll be getting a XT225 for her soon. Here's my fugly mug:
